Other rates are open to all.  We are promoting these rates because of their huge value and popularity due to the on board credits, unlimited complimentary shore excursions and included air.  Because so many of these value-added cruises are selling out at these rates, we wanted to include them so our Interliners and Military personnel may also have an opportunity to sail Regent.
